The platform
Unified View is an enterprise platform for the rating-committee workflow — live since 2021, a multi-team, 11-step workflow every rating runs through.

The new challenge
In 2026 it's adding a new line of business, Public Finance Group: a different workflow, with its own legacy systems. I took on both the product and design role for it — owning each requirement from discovery to delivery.

How I closed the gap
To absorb a workflow this different without breaking what exists, I built a production-quality prototype, driven by Claude Code. It became the one surface where business, product, dev, and QA all stay aligned — closing the design-to-build gap a long pipeline usually opens.
